This is a nice short all season walk to a small but impressive old growth forest and to some old mining relics at the Alice Claim. When you make it past the rocks/cliff you can go about a couple of miles down. Saw sign of elk and bear. Mt. Aconcagua mountain itself has many routes, photos, and trip reports as children.
