Our guests had a stress-free weekend knowing they didn't have to worry about leaving the venue for anything and loved the atmosphere. Carolina kept checking on us to see if we needed anything, and even set aside food in our suite from the cocktail hour since my husband and I missed everything due to pictures. If you are getting married at a church, there are multiple beautiful churches within the area (College of St. Elizabeth directly behind the venue has a gorgeous Catholic church). Once we showed up to the venue, right away the staff helped us to move our centerpieces and provided us a room to leave all of our stuff for the whole day of the wedding. It was easy to drop off things and stage for the event. The planning process was so easy and the day was perfect. On our wedding day, I didnt see Carolina until 30 minutes to the start of our ceremony and she said she had everything under control and ready to go and she would come get me 5 minutes prior. way we wanted it. The Conservatory really appealed to us for a number of reasons. My Husband and I eloped this summer and we have made the decision that we'd rather put more money towards buying a house than continue planning our big dream wedding. My mom has to eat gluten free and our day of coordinator made sure to tell her which things she could eat, which was very nice! It was all perfect! amazing! It was an absolutely exquisite wedding! Our guests have all raved about the conservatory and the food! The spacious ballroom lends elegance to any event held within it. He made sure all of our tables were arranged and beautiful and that each event went off without a hitch. The cocktail hour was in the Victorian Suite and the reception took place in the Glynallyn Ballroom. I'm so glad to hear your ceremony that was held in The Conservatory and dinner and dancing which was held in the Ballroom was perfect! And when we brought our parents to dinner at Rod's for a 'tasting,' he made sure we were treated well and had a fantastic dining experience. I was able to have a free complimentary room the night of and it felt like a dream come true the way it was set up! We had a spring weather, the flowers in the Conservatory Room helped our wedding theme of "garden romance." It helped ease our concerns and then day-of the wedding, everyone was actually raving about the food. The wait staff was simply amazing, from the minute our wedding started to finish. it was the place for our big day. re ever in the area! I was originally concerned about the other wedding, but Tim was right when he said we would never see or interact with the other wedding. I had the most fantastic wedding ceremony and reception at this venue!! We were highly impressed with the results and our guests were delighted. The cleanliness of the hotel (there were people everywhere running rags on baseboards, touching up paint on door jambs and buffing the floors) to the friendliness of the concierge and the accommodating nature of Joe Zimmerman, we knew we would be in good hands. In addition to the aesthetics, the convenience factor of everything really helped make our decisions. Our guests are STILL talking about how gorgeous the venue was and how great the food was. Well it was INCREDIBLE. The whole weekend was perfection and I have the amazing staff at The Madison for making me want to relive the whole weekend over again! This place has one event after the next (I'm talking corporate conferences, baby showers, weddings, and meetings all at once) in every room on the same day. - I did not have a problem that there was another wedding there that day - but family from the other wedding party was in my bridal suite (which is really like a large conference room) I know this isn't the hotels fault per say but it bothered me that they were in there with my stuff. The service they provide is also out of this world. The whole atmosphere was magical. Wouldnt have changed a thing! They did all the set up and breakdown for us as well. What originally drew me to the hotel was the conservatory space & the natural charm of the whole hotel. We were lucky enough to be the only event that day so we had the cocktail hour in the Conservatory and the reception in the ballroom. Our lovely photographers had to manage crowd control, so everyone didn't see the bride's dress prior to the ceremony. Sincerely, and left it to her judgment. Everyone enjoyed the food and the cake was out of this world! I highly recommend this venue to everyone! The in-house executive chef is ready and able to curate dishes and meal selections based off of the betrothed couples preferences. The Madison Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way!!! We went in for a tasting and the chef was so sweet and accommodating - as was Tim (our contact at The Madison Hotel). He was attentive, helpful and very easy to get a hold of whenever we had questions. Every step of the way was enjoyable and highly professional. When you are in the area please stop by the catering offices to say hello. Even with everything going on at the hotel, everything came out perfectly on time as we had outlined and discussed leading up to the day including the main course; there was no dragging it out as I've seen at other venues from time to time.
I would highly recommend the Madison. Thanks to Tim and his team, I didn't worry about one thing that day. A number of our guests have told us that this was the best wedding they have ever been to, and we owe so much of this to The Madison Hotel, Elise, and Carolina. Their intricately designed rooms have also held plenty of corporate gatherings and memorable receptions. Everything was perfect and ran smoothly. I had my wedding ceremony and reception at the Madison Hotel in the Conservatory Room at night in November. We attended a few of the wedding showcases leading up to our big day and were able to try a number of the stations, passed hors d'oeuvres, and dessert options, which really helped us in deciding on what we wanted to include. I was already planning on giving them more money but the fact she called the day after my wedding made me feel uncomfortable. From the front desk to the catering team to the maitre d for the night, Carolina, to the team serving guests to the bartenders at the event and in the restaurants - they recognize the importance of providing the highest quality experience from start to finish. Joe Zimmerman deserves a medal and a raise for all his hard work and dedication. Despite Carolinas complete incompetence, we had a perfect day, everyone had an absolute BLAST and I am FINALLY married to my best friend!!!!! The conservatory is a wonderful way to have what feels like an outdoor wedding with the comfort of heat (or AC if you're getting married in the summer). Seriously made all of our wedding day dreams come true! It was truly our pleasure to serve you. Their team is full of seasoned professionals that offer couples full planning packages. If you want a one stop shop for all of your wedding needs and also have it be absolutely incredible then this is where you need to book! We started planning with Sara and finished with Elise and both women were attentive, responsive, and eager to help make our ideas come to life! She made sure everything was setup and made it safely to the room at the end of the evening. Food was amazing, the cake, the service and the price! Joe took care of everything from making sure all of the decorations and details were in the right spot to bringing everything back up to our room after the night was over. First off, it's just gorgeous in general and it's so nice that it hasn't been made into anything ridiculously modern. There are benefits to having your wedding at a venue that is all-inclusive and has held weddings for over 30 years, and it showed. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have a beautiful wedding. I do not have a single negative thing to say about the Madison Hotel at any point in the planning process.
