I added this product to my third coat and is easy to mix and works well. This product is a must-have and when used regularly with the colour additive, makes the installation look brand new (and I'm sure it will all last at least another 14 years and longer). No slip or squeaking once complete - excellent. The additive is easy to mix with the sealant, and has given me good service over the last four years. Strict Safety and food processing standards demand clean, slip resistant and serviceable surfaces. However we are happy to meet specifications on any of the other major suppliers. I've been using this for the last 4 years when re-colouring/sealing my pattern imprinted concrete. Great product that works well, I have used it on several jobs now without any problems and always a great result, Very pleased with anti-slip it's the first time I've used it and it won't be the last. 
The postman kept slipping when the drive was first done 2 years ago so I am hoping this works.
It worked I did not slip on my drive, when the drive was first layed it was like a ice rink after rain but at 100 per cent better now. whilst I like the product & it's effect (non-slip) it has resulted in our imprinted concrete "holding the dirt" for much longer unlike the effect of not using the anti-slip powder where the finish resulted in the dirt simply washing off with rain! In the past I have not used anti slip and found the post man etc walks up the lawn. Just add colour to 25lts of sealant and brush on. Done 3 coats and anti slip was in top 2 coats of silk finish. Excellent product. This worked well.

Great product, used in second coat and the driveway seems to be non slip..winter time will really tell.but it's fab so far. i would buy this again. I did it myself this time using all Smartseal products (repair compound, gloss sealant and antislip agent, the latter two applied using the supplied brush) and the finish is just perfect. This compliments the sealer to help it be less slippery in wet or icy weather. Another excellent product from Smartseal. Well worth using this with the sealant as the driveway can be very slippery in the very cold winter weather. Used with Smartseal silk sealant, added to the solution prior to sealing patio with the second coat. Use of this additive willleave surface of concrete with texture of fine sandpaper, but once dry, the anti-slip additiveis invisible to the naked eye. After applying a generous coat of the anti slip additive I no longer have to worry about the postman going flat on his back!!!!! Watched YouTube video and kept mixing and does what states, non slip. Expensive and has made no difference to the drive at all in terms of reducing slipping. Must say feels pretty steady underfoot, Drive is on a slight incline so find it helps a lot when both driving and walking up it particularly in the winter. I purchased the products from, it looks so good No problem in wet weather at all. i used the anti slip agent with the 25lt drum of Mat sealer. I have a sloping drive & without it people & cars would slide all over the place. My patio used to be slippy but now seems fine after using the additive with your patio sealer it's a shame it can only be purchased in a large size. Carried out during dry weather a few days ago, it has rained overnight and the antislip additive is doing it's job. Sureshield is a polyester based floor topping offering excellent chemical, abrasion and heat resistance. Wish I had of used it from day one. The finished surface got a downpour of rain after 2 days and I found that it gave a good grip. No effect on reducing slip even when used at twice the recommended dilution, Seems to do the job OK and readily easily applied. Used it for the 1st time and feel it definitely helps to give extra grip to our drive good because my partner has fell Our driveway is on a slight slope and a tad dangerous when it's frosty. *All submissions will be checked by our administration team before appearing on the site. blended easily with sealer and colour. By nature concrete is highly porous and will readily absorb surface contaminates like water, oil and soluble salts which over time will damage the concretes integrity. Apply direct to sealer drum at a ratio of 1 tub to every 25litre drum, agitate with broom during application. Further, when steel reinforcement is embedded in concrete to increase its strength, concretes absorption of salts, particularly chlorides, will eventually cause corrosion issues. Easy to use, just mixed in the big 25 litre tin of sealant and mixed it with a stick. Used on imprinted drive that was a worry due to people slipping & now can be walked on with confidence when wet. Used the anti slip as per the excellent instructions on second coat. Essential in final coat and very effenctive. Great stuff would highly recommend it. It is highly resistant to acid or cleaning agents, and its unbroken surface prevents infestation or harbouring of bacteria, making it ideal for food processing and the beverage industries. Excellent, does what it says and very easy application with quick application, Anti slip additive does what it says 34square metre drive covered in less than an hour delighted with products, Seems to be working fine, our drive is on a slope and is lethal in rain/snow. Easy to use all as per the very helpful product videos. Certainly upgrades the level of anti-slip.
My drive is a steep downward slope, and for the first time since it was laid I now have full confidence to walk up and down without fear of slipping. Another good product from Smartseal worth purchasing to eliminate slipping. Good product. Unlike when done previously. Has definately improved resistance to slipping on wet drive, compared to previous that the installer did (no anti-slip) Leaves the surface feeling rubberized, not a grit/sand product. Much easier to use than I expected, this is a surprisingly light powder which consequently doesn't quickly settle when mixed into the sealant.
Excellent product. Very very pleased with the result, It's early days but the finish appears to be none slip. Product excellent, easy to use and just as described. Excellent DIY products. My drive is on a slight slope but not at all slippy. Easy to use, the finish seems to be less slippy than previously. 5* service thank you. Only use on final coat of sealer, can be used in greater quantities for extra slippery areas. I have used anti slip additive previously, but not smart seal, It was fine when dry but lethal when wet due to water beading (acting as a lubricant) and loss of grip. Easy. Guess the reason for that is because they have always been coated in sealer with anti-slip. Used this twice now for my pattern imprinted concrete drive and works well. The polyurethane flooring systems we apply aSlip Resistant. This "Ant-slip" proved to be the best solution to a problem caused by an installation on a steeply sloped drive on which gloss sealant had been applied with insufficient anti slip from another "Elite" company. Have used Smartsesl previously and no hesitation in ordering again , very easy to order and helpful staff even when the order was in duplicated (customer error ) The drive looks great and people have asked me where Mixed easily with the sealant prior to application and was distributed evenly when applied with constant stirring. and at first i wasn't convinced but after it dried i was very impressed. Clear, simple instructions/videos. I used use Anti slip as my drive has a very slight Incline but would recommend anyway to help in when wet conditions and especially where newly applied sealant will repel water . Easy to mix and works well. Easy to apply and stopped my driveway from being extremely slippy. does what it says on the tin good product, I have used this non slip before and found it does what it says on the tin.very pleased.purchased with 25ltr drum of printed concrete sealer.great service again tom smart seal.thanks. Added the anti slip additive to wet look patio sealer,easy to mix in,nice anti slip feel,no issues at all. Will definately use it again the next time I seal my driveway. It is a brilliant product, This is a great product. Mixed into the sealant easily and made the driveway much safer in wet conditions without altering the finish. Recommend this product to prevent anyone slipping. Great product. Easy to apply and transforms tired concrete. The previous sealing was carried out professionally and did not include anti-slip. This additive was excellent and gives enough grip but still leaves the seal looking great. ), no slip on the drive at all, brilliant. Best it's been I highly recomed buying and adding this product. Great delivery service. The strength and durability of concrete makes it an important structural material. terrific service. Guess one can't have one's cake & eat it! This really does help reduce slip hazard, important to mix it in at beginning of application and remember to agitate regularly. Very satisfied and would recommend. Essential on my sloping drive and the grip is noticeable having now washed the car on the newly sealed area. Seems to leave a good finish without being slippery. Excellent. Also perfect instructions with both products. My pressed concrete drives (2) and path down the side of my house have been down now for over 14 years and have never been slippy. Use of this product is always strongly recommended to reduce the slippery nature of imprinted concrete driveways and patios. Since using this I feel more confident when its wet would recommend. Anti-slip additive is added to imprinted concrete sealerto increase the slip resistance ofpattern imprinted concrete drives and patios. For your information the further two coat application of the anti slip mixed with the concrete sealer seems to have worked well first time using but will use again, Followed instructions & hey Presto I now have a non slip drive. Does exactly what it says on the tub ������������������������������ has only been down a couple of weeks but looks good and anti slip finish is very good. Doesn't look much for a 25 Ltd drum but it sure does the job. Delivered within a day. Having spoken directly with Nigel Blake I took his advice and used about 400g of the anti-slip with a 1:2 mixture of silk sealer: Seal repair Fluid (Xylene) total - 12.5litres. Easy to add to the drum of varnish (can weigh out smaller amounts if you don't want to use the whole drum at once) and the finished drive still looks great. Easy to use with concrete sealer on sloping garden path, slippery when wet. Product easy to mix with the sealer and to apply excellent results, Seems to have done a good job on my drive. Excellent product, simply added to sealant and applied to the imprinted concrete. Better than when first put down! Used the anti slip compound in the topcoat of sealant. I added a tub of this anti slip to the full 25 litres drum and stirred for quite a while.
