One of our tour guides told me about a local environmental science team that have been finding traces of skin care chemicals in the leaves of their trees. You can also order off-menu and get a more full breakfast which they didn't tell me until I saw another couple get their food. The Dos Ceibass open-air restaurant serves home-cooked food. It gets hot there and drying your clothes there takes a while if you air dry em. Guests can enjoy full breakfast either in the Ziggy's restaurant or Fresco's. There are also many theme parks nearby, including Xcaret and Xel-Ha. Amazing in theory however if they are generator run, you may be smelling gasoline and hearing them work. It is located next to the beautiful Sian-Ka'an Biosphere Reserve.
