Sorry! Poor workmanship, poor design, poor quality, and shame on you Lane for not contacting me. The charcoal finish is a fresh new look and is made to last! I am afraid of being disappointed in the comfort and quality of other products. If the tailoring and theirvstyling look good you I think it is a good value for the money. I bought 2 lane sectionals for almost $4000 20 years ago and they have been fantastic. Well last week it happened againspring popped and you can see it bulging against the fabric. The ottomans provide extra seating for company and in my opinion they are more comfortable and safer for kids. Another good sofa brand is suppose to be Clayton Marcus-- if in NJ - MSO in fairfield has really good prices. Additionally, there is a storage shelf along the bottom of the table. The upholstery didn't hold up well either. While the recliner has held up ok, the sofas are terrible. This king of power recliners will lift you up all at the touch of a button. I liked it so much that I decided to keep it and have it recovered. The product was not real leather and would not wear as well as leather and I understood that when I purchased it. So I went shopping to go replace the 2 that I love so much and every place I've been people have told me that lane is no longer quality furniture. Bought my kraftmaid cabinets from an independent dealer. I again contacted the company with more photos of the entire seat showing that there is no wear other than this cushion and it is obviously a defect in the material. Oh you are right, stupid buyers like me. Heavily padded arms and backs with a fully padded chaise cushion offers the ideal mix of support and comfort. Hinged lid top gives storage and function to this piece. Hope I'm not getting the one that jah1961 got. I would have even accepted just the cushion covers to replace the defective ones even though this love seat was just a year old. I just don't want to spend $10-20,000 on cabinets that are not quality or are way over priced. I ended up getting stretch slip covers for them so I didnt have to look at the Chairs the way they were. Not too sure. I'll never buy Lane again.
