By 4PM that day no one had come so we called, and they said there was no one still there to clean the room but they would the next day that didn't happen either.

100 E Palmetto Park Rd, Boca Raton, FL 33432, Grand Palace Ballroom In North Lauderdale is an Event Venue, Reception Hall & Wedding Venue located in North Lauderdale, FL. I have been living in the area for almost a year. The only downside we found was that we had to pay a $15 parking fee, which is pretty common with Hyatt hotels.The location was one of the best perks of the Hyatt Place Boca Raton.

Etc.etc.But the biggest issue, while the location is great, the hotel is right on the corner of two major streets and apparently, especially on weekends, mufflers are optional on cars in Boca!
