I read on other reviews that the strap wasn't durable. We do NUMEROUS deliveries and these bags keep everything nice and hot for traveling to different locations! from e-Sell Trading Services Used them for high school football snack bar. They may not be as well insulated as more expensive bags, but if you've got a small delivery zone, it really shouldn't matter. By the time I get home it is still hot and does not have to be reheated ( and get limp). It is on the larger width end of most pizza bags so you can almost be sure most any large pizzas can fit easily in this bag. We did not use them for pizza as we don't sell pizza. The 16 inch pizzas fit perfect and got three in with no problem. Good price, poor quality. Will probably be back for another one! They never kept the ice cream frozen like this one.
