Our friends that went with us to Secrets The Vine last January are looking forward to next January staying at Secrets playa Mujeres. Silver membership! He said okay he understood and did in NO way try to talk us out of our decision and told us to write out a letter, dating it and signing it, explaining that we wanted to cancel our agreement - applying our 5 day cancellation clause, which we did. We had really high hopes for uvc but we are fairly conservative and work way too hard for our money to ignore the fact that most people seem to be unhappy with the pricey investment. They have repeatedly lied and every time I phone them I continue to get the same attitude, even to the point that their employee yelled at me on the phone and told me that the benefits I was to receive were the exact ones i signed for in our contract. So I would just suggest if you didn't read the information that was given to you or didn't understand it and didn't ask question that's shame on you but the other thing you need to realize is there's a reason you have pearl, silver, gold, gold plus, platinum and diamond and there's a reason they're priced at different price points if you buy a pearl membership you're not going to get the same benefits as a diamond or a platinum member it doesn't work that way again any other loyalty or reward club doesn't work that way why would this one be any different.

We had really high hopes for uvc but we are fairly conservative and work way too hard for our money to ignore the fact that most people seem to be unhappy with the pricey investment. In our deal we traded our time share and thankfully the trade company has agreed to dissolve the issue, and generously agreed that it would not effect our deal with Unlimited vacation, they said they will take the loss of 9, 000.00. Why did I not use my newly purchased vacation club you ask: It's because they lied to me in order to get me to sign the contract by stating that they had properties all over Europe and especially in Paris. Basically, you pay for your vacations upfront and receive resort discounts on the back end. Our friends who have traveled with us love the resorts as well.

So I would just suggest if you didn't read the information that was given to you or didn't understand it and didn't ask question that's shame on you but the other thing you need to realize is there's a reason you have pearl, silver, gold, gold plus, platinum and diamond and there's a reason they're priced at different price points if you buy a pearl membership you're not going to get the same benefits as a diamond or a platinum member it doesn't work that way again any other loyalty or reward club doesn't work that way why would this one be any different.
