So i left it, came back to it a month later and still the same, sold this off quickly and got aventus 30ml, right off the initial smell the quality is so much better and smells fantastic all day every day. Ok so after I saw a top 10 most complimented fragrance review on youtube, I did a blind buy on Pineapple Vintage Intense. #BulletClub, Boss The Scent Le Parfum for Him Le Parfum. I like it better than Aventus due to it being more pineapple heavy. Cognac swirls around in his glass, Concept Series: Inspired by a hybrid of Roja Parfums Original Formulation of Creation-E & Dua Original Blend Honey Havane. I sprayed 2017 bottle on one arm and new bottle on the other.
One of my favorites! I feel like I smell like a whores handbag when wearing it, it smells sweet, cheep and tacky and i feel embarrassed to wear it. The only thing I can assume is that the product got subjected to heat at some point during the processing which soured the opening. I hate this with a passion. It's sweet but not sickenly so. Smells similar to a bathroom that hasnt been cleaned in weeks. Probably the most complemented fragrance in my collection (75+). Not pleasant at all. I did have to refrigerate for a couple days but man, this scent is intoxicating. If by some chance they didn't reformulate PVI, then I guess a lot of people got bad batches.
I do love pineapple, though, and I feel that it's a criminally underused note in perfumery, so it was pretty inevitable that'd I'd grab a bottle of PV eventually. Surprised a pineapple sorbet is being compared with aventus. This is a huge opportunity for companies like DUA to come in and fix a really bad situation. I will have this in my collection until the day I die. Im not a chemist but I can only assume that the refrigeration freshened up the formula somehow. Pineapple Vintage Intense was launched in 2017. As always, sample firstbut if you are looking for a beautiful fresh pineapple on top of the Aventus DNAthen go for it! December 2018: Just bought a bottle of this after being an avid Aventus wearer since 2014. I very realistic pineapple smell with no smokiness. The bergamot supports the pineapple tone quite well, emphasizing its sharpness and fruity nature.

I use 2-3 sprays: using more will not increase the performance and will choke innocent bystanders. Please take this into account - their service & customer service is terrible. I tried my sample I just received and on the opening I got that note that's described as fecal below, but to me it wasn't nearly that foul - more slightly funky, like borderline BO, but it only lasted about 15 minutes.
Both bottles had loose sprayers which spilled within the box. 10/10.
There's a bit more complexity, opulence, and caliber with Aventus.

Can't get enough of that hyper-realistic, juicy pineapple. Save your pennies and get aventus, if not get the 30ml, trust me it will last, 2 sprays of aventus will have you smelling like a million dollars. 2nd time I had a problem with them and their response was lacking. This is dope stuff, I got this as a sample as it was all sold out for the longest time on their website, not I sprayed this on at about 8 AM, and its not 12:13 and I can still smell it strong on my skin. I am very curious what it will smell like, as I have never smelled PVI before and because of al the negative reviews lately. December'18. I almost want you to smell it for yourself so you can see what all of us are talking about. I haven't smelled the original or Noir, so I can't comment on those. After 10 minutes, one would be hard pressed to tell the difference.

Of course I am a loyal creed aventus owner but this scent is Awesome! Then musk settles a little, and birch becomes more nd more prominent, with the floral/patchuli back.It dries down really similar to a fruity aventus, with the pineapple being always a main player. This makes me want to dance. I live in SWEDEN, so i cant actually get one, only people from UK or USA. Yup, smells different.
It is very linear and better options available if someone is really looking for aventus clones.
Solid performance, decent scent. I can't really comment on longevity because I would have to test it in different conditions. I will (often) grab this simply to smell the atomizer. Its now a much brighter pineapple in the opening and then dries down to a very nice fragrance. Fresh cut juicy pineapple, yet not to the point of it being too much, blended with woody birch amazingly. Apple and pineapple in a crisp sweet mix. Take the best Club de Nuit Intense "batch" you can find, this is it - plus a better opening, this is more "pineapple-ny" from top to bottom, plus a smoky like drydown - strong performance. I bought Pineapple Vintage intense, love the smell but it doesn't last on me. It lasts all day, and has moderate projection. @BIG PAY NESS, i totally agree, i got a bottle of this and completely smells like rubbish and shit, i sold it straight away, i cant understand till this day why people like this or i must of had a bad batch. I'm jealous with all these people getting more than 8-9 hours out of this, because for me it dies on my skin after about four hours, on clothes it's still detectable after about 8 hours if I really do my best to smell it. The trade off for waiting is you get a 100% brand new fresh batch.

Its personally my favorite cologne due to the attention and compliments I get from women. Definitely more fruity and less smokey than Aventus. Today I recieved my pineapple vintage intense on a blind buy. The pineapple in this smells much more realistic and the performance on this intense version is much better as well. The lasting power is also similar with Aventus winning by a head. They recommend refrigeration fo 72hrs, gave my bottle 4 days. The most noticeable change from the opening to the dry-down is the dissipation of the pineapple, apple, and bergamot, which are replaced by the smoky and musky accords, also the initial moderate projection moves to low projection. There is nothing about it that even hints Aventus or its clones!, this is pure Intense rotten pineapple potato syrup thats been expired for years then put in a bottle. Fragrance Reviews: 1,286,193

Intense also has a high level of concentration to maximize projection and longevity. :) If you are looking for closer Aventus clone, look at Emperor range: some of them are probably the best clones of different Aventus batches (namely original Emperor for 2016 batch and Maximus for 2018 one, more synthetic but with better performance). What happens when Poseidon trades in his trident for a bouquet of roses? This was and still is a scrubber for me. I agree with the funky smell. Inspired by Roja Parfums Parfums De La Nuit 3. Definitely lives up to its name, its a pineapple bomb the whole way through. Top notes: pineapple and apple. The latter blew me away in terms of the quality and the performance however it's PV Intense which is my first purchase from this company as my Aventus is down to the last 10ml and I just can't justify giving Creed another $300 and spending hours checking batches to ensure I get a good batch.
