Rubberizing Hooks The bike is in good working condition. Don't throw away and old bike, restore it. Hooks Twin-top tube mixtes generally are a premium over the equivalent bike, so I'd say $150 isn't over priced if the tires, brakes and cables are in good shape. I had never really worked on a bike before, but I had some mechanical experience working on cars and trucks and decided to restore this old bike. I have a mountain bike but it's kind of heavy/slow for riding around so I never use it.
