I am a plus size woman, but for some reason, my feet and hands have always been boney and very narrow. would recommend sizing up 1/2-1 size so you can easily slip them off and on rather than unbuckle each time. I haven't needed to put in an extra insole or padding and have been able to stand and walk in them for my 6-8hr workdays. They're a little narrow in the toes, which is surprising for someone who wears a 5.5 and I'll probably put a cushioning insole in, but so far they've held up nicely on strolls. Am exchanging to try my actual size. 
Disappointed for walking comfort. Based on this, I was confident when ordering my usual size (7.5). I got these boots right at the end of the season and I loved them when I first got them! Alas, they just arrived today, and even though my feet are on the normal to thin side, these boots were just too tight across the top of the foot and the sides. These are definitely not for someone with skinny ankles or calves. Otherwise love the boots. I read all the views and couldn't decide whether to order my true size or go up a half size since the other reviews were about 50/50 as to whether these shoes ran small or true to size. I like it- it reminds me a bit of the 90s look of wearing suspenders hanging down instead of over your shoulders- but it wasn't quite what I was expecting. Cool looking boot with soft leather and a sturdy foot bed. Fit was great. These were awful! Moderate/pretty good arch support. One other reviewer said the same which is what led me to follow suit. You can't cinch the buckle without losing the pull-on feature. Love the style. These went back! Overall fits larger than usual especially since there are no zippers and the straps are quite loose. So sad to have to send them back because they are cute. In the pictures it's not super obvious that the buckles are just really loose and flop all over. Weight of footwear is based on a single item, not a pair. They truly felt like 6 1/2s! I bought a pair of these years ago in brown (so they last a long time) but I had a need for a solid black pair of boots and these were on sale to my pleasant surprise.
Purchased them in black. True to size. Right away, they sent me out a replacement pair to make sure I received my order. The strap across the top of the foot is adjustable and the strap that wraps around the ankle & calf is adjustable too. You can purchase a much higher quality, flattering boot anywhere. I got a size ten but felt like a 7. I ended up ordering my true size based on how other Steve Madden boots have fit me. So I exchanged them for 8.5 and they are PERFECT.

Walking any distance my heel sloshes around and I get a toe cramp! I just got these in the mail, and I am pretty disappointed. Fits a bit snug, but I am going to order my next pair a size bigger. I believe the hype is with the name, and not for what is being sold here. Not happy with that, but love the look so I couldn't bear to send them back. These are comfortable boots, true to size, but a little more sloppy looking when wearing than I thought they would be. These boots were my first purchase from Zappos, but I have been impressed with their service for sure! And, at least for me, I can't tighten the buckle without needing to puncture new holes. My only complaint is that they were not available in brown. The leather is good, they are comfortable, and fairly light-weight for the type of boot that they are. The sole is very stiff and made from a vintage-type last, so the toes point upward. Needed to order a half a size larger because the toe box was too small. I could barely get my foot in. I am a size 11 in most shoes, but decided to order these in a 10. I usually wear a 7.5, but the 7 fits more comfortably. I had to remove about 7" of the leather strap in order for them to fit correctly. I'm surprised at the comfort level of this shoe. Easy pull-on construction with adjustable buckle closure. I wanted a pair of slouchy, pull-on, low-heeled, black boots. The style is amazing and they go with everything. Perfect boots. In quality and style! They are especially good if you have narrow feet, as I do. For the latest in luxury brands & exclusive collabs. I sometimes wear them up, sometimes fold the whole boot over (not how you are supposed to wear them but looks cool). My only complaint with this one is that the shoes I received DID NOT have the worn heel or sole. The most disappointing thing about the Banddit boots was the lack of any sort of inner lining. These were perfect in 8.5. These are really nice boots!
