I recommended that especially the newer wait staff around the pool area staff be more responsive to guests by the poolside area and not abandon guests for time on end.
My partner was well settled and even able to get something to eat despite being past breakfast time. Towel supplies are always fresh, and the attentive pool attendants are always happy to set us up on the sunbeds.
When Felix was not available, it was not always easy to get their attention to order food. The facility was clean from restaurant to the pool to the walking area. We will definitely come back.
