All rights reserved. it sounds as if you have other issues going on with the shore power, BUT as to the macerator pump, it is not connected to the shore power circuit in any way it is completely a 12volt unit and even if you feel you want to count the battery charger as a connection between the shore power and the 12volt system where the macerator is located, it is NOT, because marine chargers have isolated circuits in them it is true that you may have macerator problem because of low batteries due to a shore power problem, but if the 12v system is healthy it should supply good power to the pump regardless of the shore power status.
