The Dreamer is a lovely, unexpected pleasure. This starts out immediately with cool, powdery purple flowers - I definitely get iris. I don't wear this for anyone but myself to enjoy and I think that's why its so special also it takes me back to my mid teens so it gives me that hopeful spark. Not much projection. Its so classic and nostalgic. The more I learn about perfumery, the more I appreciate the Dreamer. Drys down to Le Male with a bit of tobacco. The tobacco flower in this fragrance is a prominent note, a combination of blonde tobacco and a sweet dense floral accord, projecting, and intense.

The art of bottle design is very beautiful. The Dreamer smells like Versace L'Homme dry down . Can be found for very cheap nowadays at discounters and dept stores ~$30 definitely worth it for anyone young/on a budget/ starting their fragrance journey. Arguably my favorite cheapie I own so far. Its quite sweet to my nose and reminds me of JPG Le Male, and yet it is very unisex due to it containing quite prominent floral notes. This isn't something I wear. After 2hrs it is somewhat difficult to smell. Its been in my collection at least a year now. Time will only tell.

I like to drift off to sleep with the smell of lavender on my pillow. It's one of the few white floral scents I've tried that hasn't made me recoil. This was a $20 Shoppers Drug Mart find for me. For the remainder life of this scent, the iris and the tobacco flower make a great pair and create an undeniable attention, a true masterpiece. I didn't want to be and had high hopes for The Dreamer. it's like a warm floral hug in the sunshine before bed. However it only lasts for half an hour before it settles into this soapy, dry, powdery and floral scent. Definitely a must have in my collection. But before that there's an overwhelming ink note I don't really like. I do find myself wearing this one occasionally, though I wait for the initial smell to go away, and I don't think I'll be getting another bottle. Powdery , soap (imperial leather) with sweet tobacco vibes with plenty of longevity after application. It's grown on me. (UK 20). It's friedly comforting multi layered scent. I set it on the shelf for a couple weeks then tried it again thinking maybe I was just having a bad body chemistry/sick day. Imho when it comes to the newer formulation this is a year round any occasion anytime fragrance that its deffinetly not the best at anything but a great choice for anything, it invokes a dreamy vibe for sure, kinda mysterious if I might add sure its not the highest quality fragrance by any means, still on me it lasts at least 10 hours and projects about 6, the sillage being big the first hour, then after that it is moderate invoking a very unique pressence that is really uncommon these days, the new formulation has a bit more of a crispy rocky slightly synthetic start, the older one is much smoother and creamy when its first sprayed, still they smell very similar after 30 mins, one thing that is better about this newer one is that the tobacco note is not as prevalent during the drydown, it mixes better with the other notes imo, making it more mass apealing to the average freshie/acuatic accustomed person.

The new dreamer is watery & smell like fracas by Robert Piguet! I didnt like this when I first smelt it after blind buying it. It is a very unique floral and sweet fragrance and I feel as though it could be unisex. Would recommend to try this out before you buy, it is a specific cologne. The bottle adds a sense of magic, royalty, and familiarity at the same time. Better for colder days, my GF loves it. It became one of my "I must re-buy" perfumes as soon as the bottle gets half empty. It smells like a pleasant hallucination or a lucid dream. And I don't mind some people find it offensive. This is a great Spring King. Buy it, it's a masterpiece! Once Versace The Dreamer EDT has reached its full dry down, it can be summarized as a moderate projection, tobacco, floral, powdery iris, resinous amber, herbal artemisia, and juniper fragrance. I'm sure what he's saying is interesting, profound evenif only I could hear him. This is for a man or woman who isn't wearing fragrances solely to get compliments. SICK. It projects around 4-5 hours. the powdery smell and rose/florals in this is incredible and surprisingly masculine. The juniper, tarragon and artemisia make a phenomenal concoction. It is amazing and so powerful of a scent in its opening and develops so well. I write my reviews for my own future reference. But anyways people tend to like it, I showed it to a girl and she liked it over 1 million lucky and eros, and got compliments from my friends. This works very great with high body heat or if you're sweating. When I first smelled this I was completely amazed by the combination of smells and the name dreamer actually kind of captures the smell pretty well I think. On my skin, it lasts about 7 hours and projection is not that strong either. Love it. To me all I get is soft, cold, floral, cigarettes. So this new reformulation isnt bad! It has no teeth, no zing to it. I'm somewhat disappointed that people describe this with all these nasty comparisons of cat piss and hospital. Versace fragrances are produced in conjunction with Euroitalia SRL. Where are the three different Cool Water listings? Opening with fresh from something maybe come from juniper and lily and feel romantic floral vibe at dry down. I thought I smelled a bit like my grandma when she has just put on moisturizer and was smoking. The only problem is thats very weak. Comes in a red cloth pouch in a box with a business cardvery professional! For the remainder life of this scent, the iris and the tobacco flower make a great pair and create an undeniable attention, a true masterpiece. I have been spraying this on myself before bed and it is perfect for winding down and encouraging ethereal dreams!
I didn't want to be and had high hopes for The Dreamer. it's like a warm floral hug in the sunshine before bed. However it only lasts for half an hour before it settles into this soapy, dry, powdery and floral scent. Definitely a must have in my collection. But before that there's an overwhelming ink note I don't really like. I do find myself wearing this one occasionally, though I wait for the initial smell to go away, and I don't think I'll be getting another bottle. Powdery , soap (imperial leather) with sweet tobacco vibes with plenty of longevity after application. It's grown on me. (UK 20). It's friedly comforting multi layered scent. I set it on the shelf for a couple weeks then tried it again thinking maybe I was just having a bad body chemistry/sick day. Imho when it comes to the newer formulation this is a year round any occasion anytime fragrance that its deffinetly not the best at anything but a great choice for anything, it invokes a dreamy vibe for sure, kinda mysterious if I might add sure its not the highest quality fragrance by any means, still on me it lasts at least 10 hours and projects about 6, the sillage being big the first hour, then after that it is moderate invoking a very unique pressence that is really uncommon these days, the new formulation has a bit more of a crispy rocky slightly synthetic start, the older one is much smoother and creamy when its first sprayed, still they smell very similar after 30 mins, one thing that is better about this newer one is that the tobacco note is not as prevalent during the drydown, it mixes better with the other notes imo, making it more mass apealing to the average freshie/acuatic accustomed person.

Nice spring day so I decided to dig this one out for today's sotd. It is unique and well-made. I don't agree, but I can see why some people come to that conclusion. This frag is a fighter. I was watching a YouTube fragrance video which kept talking about the strong lavender note. It is floral without losing any of its masculinity and the amber and tarragon is definitely a distinctive combination. The price is super cheap and while its a bit dated its still worth a purchase. If I want to use The Dreamer as a personal fragrance rather than a night-time pillow fragrance, then perhaps I should use it only on my clothing on and not on my skin. Was a heavy compliment getter that was in my cycle along with DG pour homme, A&F fierce, Armani code, & Aqua Di Gio. It truly is "dream-like" in that sense. The experience of this fragrance feels artsy and sensitive, like a Russell-Brand-looking bohemian poet having a sotto voce conversation with several pretty young ladies hanging on his every word halfway across a crowded subway car. It really is just a loud OUT THERE fragrance, and I just cant decide whether I love or absolutely hate this. Good for bedtime out of the shower.
