What really makes the hotel is the staff - they are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Music is played throughout the day, producing mood music for different times of the day. Though still undergoing upgrade and renovations, i did find the place quite pleasant with very good staff. The ambiance is good and all family can enjoy a beautiful dinner setting with a la carte meals. Did I say "a great restaurant", go for an meal even if you're not a guest. 20 minutes walk beats the always heavy traffic. On the menu, pizzas are the specialty, prepared in an authentic wood fired brick Pizza oven. If you intend to stay from the end of 2018 and thought 2019 make note that the hotel is undergoing a major renovation so the pool, a restaurant and two wings of the hotel are closed, so you may want to consider one of the groups other hotels. The food is amazing, very courteous staff and a very nice scenery by the pool, Excellent and professional services from staffs especially Monica.
