Maintenance came several times but it never got fixed nor did we get moved. The part that was totally on me, is that there were so many little children. next all-inclusive vacation! Several days no fresh towels and water. Pool and entertainment are good. Our room smelled like sewer all week and we had a water leak coming through the ceiling. Kids romp on the nearby playground, equipped with climbing apparatus and spring action horses. You cant get any better at the price point.

The Allegro Cozumel Hotel **** is designed to offer comfortable accommodations on the beautiful San Francisco Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island of Cozumel and in the world. Cons: Check in took several hours and there were only 3 groups in front of us. 
If you have asthma request a bottom floor!!! Importantly the rooms are clean, beds are decent, appreciated the "closet" space for clothes, don't have to live out the suitcase. We would like to take this opportunity to clarify certain aspects of your review. At this 261-unit property, most all of the rooms are the same size, a compact 262 square feet. Again we thank you for this wonderful review, it has been a pleasure for us and we look forward to serving you again soon. Shoulder season is from mid-April through August. We ALWAYS tip during any meal, or drink, and this only made a very slight difference towards the end of our trip. It was often 20 minutes before you would get a drink with your meal. We take that as a good sign. We had an amazing trip and will be back. Magnificent thematic areas to enjoy with family and friends, day or night. The property has a gym, a small spa and offers disco nights. Hotel unable to provide free transportation due to island agreement with town taxi drivers but they will arrange it for their guests at a fair price. Overall, I would definitely take my son back there to vacation! horrible customer service dont have any atracciones for young people. The snorkeling off of the beach was non existant. The night club/disco was closed, and they only had 2 performances in the entire week we were there. Not as good in some ways as our normal yearly trips. The waterpark, plunked down in the middle of the pool nearest the lobby, features a tot-sized pelican slide for little ones and a mushroom-like apparatus that dribbles gentle sprays. I took my 10yo son and there were so many activities for kids (and families) but also enough entertainment for me to enjoy as an adult. The resort offers two pools in addition to the water park. The bar staff at the pool was really unfriendly. A better solution is to book rooms that adjoin with an interior door.

The Allegro Cozumel is what in real estate terms is called an entry-level property. This fabulous restaurant offers an la carte menu with dishes that are the most representative of Asian cuisine. Limited entertainment, limited food options, I loved the beach and workers, DIDN"T like the food. Yes, breakfast at the Allegro Cozumel is included in the accommodation of hotel guests. The big plusses for the Allegro Cozumel are the waterpark and the white sand beach. Poolside shade is somewhat scarce. The entire team works very hard to ensure that we deliver a warm, memorable experience. - Front desk is unable to help you with your reservation at ALL if there are any issues/questions. Also couple of the evenings the buffet was not so good.

The date and price shown corresponds to nearby hotels. 40%. We did miss having an ocean view, and the feeling/vibes of a larger typical hotel (tall/skyscraper). We liked how quiet the property was and how well it was taken care of. - Food was pretty good considering it's buffet-style every meal. Need to employ a few more so they can rotate a few more days off. But I would stay at the Allegro again for the simple reason that the activities crew make it a fun experience.
Pool and entertainment are good. Our room smelled like sewer all week and we had a water leak coming through the ceiling. Kids romp on the nearby playground, equipped with climbing apparatus and spring action horses. You cant get any better at the price point.
The buffet was not the best, we recommend the al a carte restaurants specifically the teppanyaki and Italian!! Not good. (Maybe a little help of calorie intake! Main buffet is hot af.

Also, no one ever explained where to go for amenities (towels, included snorkeling gear, etc) so we were just winging it for 4 days Our stay here started pretty rough because the front desk lady (Patricia) was pretty rude.
